We took charge of our rescued barn chickens on Sunday. Seven we have and what a soory little bunch they are bare bums an' all. Give them a few weeks though and they will soon look very differant. They certainly have good appetites and love their 4 star accomodation in their 8 x 8 shed and warm cosy hay lined cots.We haven't had any eggs yet but they will be a bonus if we do get some, its just nice to know they are not squasshed into a barn anymore and can come and go as they please.aaahh bless.
